Introduction

This article is only for customers who have viewing problems – the picture freezes every 10 seconds. If you do not have such problems, or the picture freezes occasionally (for example, once an hour) – do not read this article and do not make any changes to your receiver!

If your picture freezes every 10 seconds, then most likely you are connecting using the Oscam emulator and the cccam protocol.

If you are using another emulator (not Oscam), but the picture freezes every 10 seconds, please contact support. In your appeal, be sure to indicate your login in the billing, the model of your receiver and the name of the emulator that you use to connect to the server.

This problem can be fixed in one of the following ways:

1) Update your Oscam. The problem with persistent freezes has been fixed in Oscam version 11642. If you have an older version of Oscam, try updating it.

or

2) Connect to the server using the Newcamd protocol. The problem with constant friezes is observed only when connected via the cccam protocol!

or

3) Fix your config files. Check your oscam.conf and oscam.server files if they contain the line:

disablecrccws = 1

then replace it with

disablecrccws_only_for = 098D:000000;1884:000000;1813:000000;0500:060C00,060A00,050F00

(However, this method will not help if you are watching the NC+ package by caid 1813)

Conclusion

The best way to solve this problem is to update your Oscam to the latest version. If you do not have such a technical capability, use the steps indicated in paragraphs 2 and 3. If it was not possible to solve the problem with the indicated methods, contact the technical support service. In your appeal, be sure to indicate your login in the billing, the model of your receiver and the name of the emulator that you use to connect to the server.
